Issue: Decreasing the Number of Goalie StartsThis poll will be active for 1 week from the time it is posted.
A ‘ YES’ vote means The minimum number of goalie starts per match-up will decrease from 3 to 2. In order to have your goalie starts count for the match-up, you must have a total of two active starts among your goalies. Expected Effects - GMs will be able to rest on good goalie stats that rely on averages rather than totals (save percentage, goals against average) that occur early in a match.
- Goalies whose NHL teams conceal their starters will be less of a burden for their DHL GMs.
- A GM who is occasionally unable to set lines will be less likely to suffer a loss by default for failing to achieve minimum required starts.
A ‘ NO’ vote means that The minimum number of goalie starts per match-up will remain at 3.

This essentially reverses a rule change from a year ago. So, how did you all feel about the minimum goalie starts this past season?

With an 8-4 vote against, the rules will remain status quo. The minimum number of goalie starts per match-up will remain at 3.
