This year's NHL Trade Deadline is March 5th.
The DHL 2013 Trade Deadline will be March 6th at 11:59pm EST. Up to this point, team owners can propose and accept trades with each other. By this time though, a trade will have to either a) Be posted in full detail on the message boards by at least 1 owner involved, or b) Be accepted by both parties on FanTrax.
By selecting this date, it will give us a bit of extra time past the NHL's actual deadline to see how things have settled in that league, so we know exactly what we have to work with. On top of that, we will still have a full weekly regular season matchup left to play before our playoffs start.
The DHL Trade Deadline also marks the suspension of all player auctions until the opening of 2014 DHL Free Agency.

For the DHL Trade Deadline. I was wondering if we can overbid after midnignt and if the manager who lost his bid could bid for another player in the next 24 hours.

Hmmm... That's a really interesting question... Hadn't thought about that situation.
I'd say that the person that was outbid could open another auction past the deadline, due to those circumstances.
