a) Once a trade is agreed upon, post it on the boards in the Trade thread and have all parties involved in the trade confirm it. Once all parties confirmed, the trade will go through as long as the trade is valid and there are no complaints on the trade by the league. Players and available cash may be traded.
b) If you feel that a trade is unfair, send a PM to the commissioner with an explanation of why you believe the trade should be vetoed. If the commissioner receives 5 or more PMs from teams wishing to veto the trade with satisfactory explanations within 24 hours of the trade being posted, the commissioner will then create a poll for the league to vote on whether or not to allow the trade.
c) Any FA you wish to obtain must be bid on.
d) You are free to BUYOUT a player at any time. That player is to be placed on Buyout Waivers (read the Waivers thread in Offical Rules for details) and then immediately released on FanTrax, granting you a roster slot back. If another manager wants to take that player off your hands at full contract cost, they are allowed to submit a bid to do so, and the contract will be moved to their MINOR roster at no transaction cost. If not claimed, that player becomes a free agent, but you are still responsible to pay that player's salary for the rest of the stated term, even if that player retires during the contract. This player will move to the special "BUYOUT" section at the bottom of your roster on your team's spreadsheet page.
e) If you have a player going to the IR, post it in the Roster Moves thread. You are free to add any player in the Free Agent pool (whose rights aren't already owned by another Dynasty team) to replace that player immediately, at no salary cost. Detailed information on IR Rules can be found here: dynastyhockey99.proboards.com/thread/1664/ir-replacement
f) Players who retire will have their contracts voided. If the player retires mid season, managers are responsible for the salary for the rest of that current season, but not subsequent years.
